WHAT ABOUT ME?

My name is Soizic. I’m a consultant specialising in commercial structure, operations optimisation and expansion into Spain.
French by origin, I’ve lived in Spain for 17 years — I even hold Spanish nationality. I felt at home here from day one. I left a few times, Ireland, Australia, but I always came back. At some point I just stopped leaving. I know this market, this culture and this way of doing business from the inside — not as an outside observer.

I’ve led teams, built markets from scratch, trained over 100 people in sales and negotiation, and designed commercial systems that work regardless of who’s running them. I’ve worked across very different sectors — SaaS, tourism, B2B — in environments where getting things wrong has a real cost.
After years of building for other people, I decided to build something of my own. Something that brought together everything I’m genuinely good at and gave me the freedom to choose who I work with and how. That’s how Atelys came about.

I’m someone who actually listens before speaking. My brain is always working at full speed looking for solutions, but I never propose anything without first understanding the client’s real situation.
I hold myself to high standards and I go the extra mile to make sure every project turns out well. Not because I have to — because I don’t know how to do it any other way.

Outside of work, I have a real passion for design — to the point where I sometimes wonder if I chose the wrong career. Travel, outdoor sports and baking keep me sane. And I have a personal project I’m particularly proud of: educational resources I design and sell, which remind me that simple things, done well, have a genuinely meaningful impact on people.
