Atelys is a boutique consultancy specialising in structuring businesses that want to grow.
I work across three specific areas:

  1. operations and digitalisation, to free SME owners from the manual, repetitive work that stops them focusing on selling or their core expertise, and to ensure they have the basic digital presence any client expects to find today;
  2. sales structure and sales training, so that the team sells with method rather than just experience or instinct;
